Senior Officer - Workplace (Facilities Management)

Company Overview
Job Duties
- Deliver full spectrum of facilities management duties including tender management, procurement of equipment and supplies, operation and equipment maintenance, and office security
- Plan and draft office layout plans, supervising renovation and relocation projects
- Monitor contractor to ensure the works are carried out properly and in line with the required quality standards
- Prepare annual budgets, monitoring and controlling office expenses
- Responsible for storage spaces planning and record management at offices and warehouses
- Act as the contact point to communicate with Building Management Office
- Perform ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at headquarters level with leading MNCs / sizeable corporations
- Knowledge of workplace related legislations and best practice where regional / international experience and use of AutoCAD application are a definite advantage
- Good communication (written and oral) and stakeholder management skills
- Professional planning, organizing and time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management and strong negotiation skills
- Work on non-office hours, if required
