Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new services or enhancements for e-banking, i.e. Commercial Internet Banking, Personal Internet Banking and Phone Banking.
• Responsible for maintaining and further developing the proper functions for e-banking.
• Communicate with different users on collecting requirements, conducting UAT and providing training to related parties. Assist in UAT management.
• Update business operation manuals and application documents.
• Carry on ad hoc project as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above with major in Finance/Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-6 years working experience in banking field.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with corproate e-banking products is a plus.
• Sound knowledge in e-banking products development and familiar with related banking product, solid software engineering background will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Senior Officer
