Responsibilities:

• Support the development and on-going maintenance of promotional campaigns
• Manage the end-to-end marketing process from campaign design, system specification, marketing collaterals development, campaign logistics, budgeting, gift-fulfilment process, conducting UAT to post-campaign monitoring and support
• Support the development of value-added services from partners sourcing, project management, to on-going maintenance and evaluation
• Conduct market analysis on value-added services and promotions
• Develop marketing collaterals including marketing brochures, product factsheets, launch pack, presentations and other supporting sales materials
• Update and maintain the marketing collaterals for all channels in order to meet the latest internal and/or regulatory requirement
• Manage the deployment of partnership projects, work closely with product, operation, IT, finance, marketing, customer services, and digital team, legal and compliance teams on service deployment, on-going maintenance and ensure internal alignment
• Design and implement analytics to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and value-added services to optimize strategic ROI 

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Business and Marketing, IANG students are also welcome
• 3 - 6 years’ experience, preferably in insurance or financial product marketing
• Experience in campaign management, and marketing materials development and printing production
• Strong analytical, project management, and copy writing
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Creative, good team player, organized and attentive to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
