Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager to achieve sales target
• Handle loans applications and follow up the process until loan disbursement
• Prepare loans recommendation to the Management for approval
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers
• Provide clerical support duties, such as filling, data input and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• F.5 or above, preferably Diploma holder in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in consumer finance industry, with good knowledge in mortgage and personal loan
  
• Candidates with experience in handling of SME loan is a PLUS
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel application skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
