Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account opening, client on-boarding process and periodic client due diligence & KYC review.
- Provide customer services to custody clients according to SLA.
- Liaise with our Headquarter and other Branches in China on custody related issues.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year or above relevant experience, preferably gained at sizable corporations with knowledge of customer services and account opening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations across global financial markets.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented and a fast learner with good analytical skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese including fluency in Putonghua.
- Fresh graduate and IANG visa holder will be considered.
