Responsibilities:

• Project positive corporate image and accurately convey corporate messages through handling media enquiries and requests, organizing media events and proactively pitching media stories and interviews
• Prepare press release, communication materials, and other writing assignments as required
• Manage various video production projects
• Monitor and analyse media in electronic, print and online platforms
• Foster and maintain effective relationship with media including PRC journalists
• Assist in issue and crisis management
• Handle ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Language or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, experience gained in media organisations, government or statutory bodies would be an advantage
• Meticulous with seasoned news judgement, abreast of development of the new media
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player and can work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
