Responsibilities

• Responsible for leasing and marketing activities of an industrial building in Lai Chi Kok
• Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
• Prepare offer letters, tenancy agreement and other legal documents
• Research and analyze market trends, and compile various reports
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Surveying/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in leasing of industrial/ office building preferably gained from property developer
• Familiar with leasing practice and government regulations
• Self-motivated, outgoings, and have good connections with property agencies
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Working location: Tsuen Wan

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Officer - Leasing)
