Major responsibilities:

• Process and adjudicate life and medical claims in an efficient and effective manner
• Conduct cost review and hospitalization pre-admission approval
• Provide customer services to the brokers and direct clients on claims related issues
• Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor for operation and service enhancement and collaboration with services vendors and panel network 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in paramedical studies, plus professional insurance qualifications
• At least 4-5 years' medical claims exposure, with experience in handling individual and expatriate claims adjudication is an advantage
• Detail-minded, service-oriented, team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• PC proficiency in MS Office
