Responsibilities:- Provide support to our insurance agency force, implement day-to-day agency administration operations pertaining to new recruit application, due diligence, license registration, contracting, movement and termination to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and company authorities
- Update operating procedures to improve quality and transaction and operational efficiency
- Drafting and revision of contract agreements including but not limited to Agent Agreement, Manager Agreement & Financing Agreement and relevant communication
- Assist to provide presentation and market intelligence
- Prepare reports and perform analysis
- Assist in handling other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- University graduate with 5 years’ working experience
- Experience in supporting insurance agency is preferred
- Mature, patient and meticulous to details
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of written English and Chinese
