Responsibilities

Strategy, Planning & Implementation

• Leverage marketing landscapes, competitor insights and audience insights to create compelling media strategies and media plans for their portfolio of clients based on client business and marketing objectives
• Efficiently manage the approval process of the plans
• Monitor results achieved (e.g. GRP, Reach & Frequency, etc) vs planned objectives with support from Supervisor
• Ensure all agreed reports are provided in a timely and accurate manner

Buying Negotiations

• Prepare implementation buying briefs and work with key publishers to negotiate efficient rates and proposals – effectively evaluate media opportunities for clients

Implementation & Activation

• Set up campaigns using tools including Google Double Click Campaign Manager, Adwords and various social platforms including Facebook and Instagram

Account Management

• Together with the Senior Manager and Associate Director, the Senior Planner is responsible for the day to day planning & execution operations across the accounts and is required to front face clients and publishers regularly 

Requirements

• University graduate with 2 -3 + years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of basic CMMS functions
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good PC skill , especially excel, powerpoint and internet operation proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools
• Good knowledge of the Hong Kong media environment – regional and international titles a plus
• Willing to mentor and train junior staff
• Positive, good attitude and willing to be a part of the team
