RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set strategic marketing directions and plans for assigned product category to drive business results
• Develop brand and product positioning and lead relevant communication campaigns to build brand equity
• Work with sales team to plan and execute effective trade marketing programs to achieve set financial targets
• Lead and manage divisional / cross-divisional projects including new product development, packaging design and other joint events to deliver desired results
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and other external parties to develop integrated marketing campaigns
• Analyze market research findings and prepare competitive or other market intelligence reports to identify insights for fine-tuning business strategies
• Coach and supervise the assigned Marketing Team to achieve objectives 

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate in Marketing/Business or related discipline
• At least 8 years of hands on Brand and Trade Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG industry and with minimum 3 years at managerial level
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Strong leadership and project management capability
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent written & spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to travel on occasional basis
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Manager
