We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams to formulate business strategies and implement marketing campaigns to maximise growth in patronage, market share and fare revenue for the Cross Boundary Service of East Rail Line and the High Speed Rail
• Establish brand positioning and develop effective communication strategies to build strong brand preference and customer loyalty for both services
• Initiate new ideas for products and services to continuously uplift customer journey experience to strengthen customer engagement  
• Identify and explore strategic partnership opportunities with external partners to improve penetration in key market segments  
• Devise and implement marketing and communication strategies to enhance traveling experience via omnichannel
• Perform regular review of business performance and analyse market trend, be agile in adjusting the business strategies in responding to the changing competitive landscape
• Collaborate closely with the internal Sales team to maximize business growth with travel industry and third-party partners
• Capture business opportunities from MTR Mobile members through customer analytics and data driven marketing 

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 12 years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably in Retail Marketing, of which 5 years should be at managerial level
• Strong business acumen with good analytical and negotiation skills
• Be self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills for managing partner relationships
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Traditional & Simplified).  Proficiency in speaking Mandarin will be an advantage
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Holding of a valid travel document to Mainland China
