Senior Marketing Assistant, EMBA (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 516198) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal) 

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of marketing, with at least 3 years’ work experience in marketing.  They should have excellent marketing and business development skills,  with  a great command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), be proficient in using Photoshop and MS office applications, and be familiar with social media platforms.  They should also have a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently; and be mature, detail-oriented and self-motivated.  Relevant experience in the marketing and admissions functions for EMBA, DBA or other executive education programmes, as well as those who are good at using WeChat would be highly preferred.  Knowledge of the business education market in Mainland China would be an advantage.  

The appointee will assist in various marketing and admission areas of the Faculty’s EMBA programme.  He/She will be responsible for recommending effective advertising channel for the programme; generating creative ideas and marketing content to produce short videos, WeChat articles and managing social media platforms; designing and producing posters, festive cards and other marketing collaterals to promote the programme; planning and implementing admission events and marketing campaigns to boost recruitment; assisting in admission process, and performing other duties as assigned.  The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
