The Job:

• To conduct feasibility study of development opportunities and propose implementation strategy
• To initiate planning briefs and Town Planning Board Submission and obtain planning approval for property development
• To negotiate with Government on land premium and land grant conditions and obtain site possession on time for property development
• To monitor progress of development and the performance of consultants to complete the project on time and up to quality standard required
• To formulate and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for residential projects
• To achieve the targeted sale surplus and cost control of projects

The Person:

• Professional Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division) or of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division)
• 12 years’ relevant experience with not less than 8 years post qualification experience. Practical experience on research, development, sales and marketing is preferred
• Strong market sense and leadership skills with extensive business connection
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer skills
