Responsibilities:

Process individual life and health applications for high-net-worth cases
Train and monitor performance of junior underwriters
Supervise hotline services for agents and brokers
Provide training to agents or brokers
Establish underwriting procedures, guidelines, and operating rules
Propose detailed business requirements for underwriting system for enhancing the automatic underwriting capabilities
Compile the underwriting related content to regulator
Participate in the reinsurance

Requirements:

University graduates with 7 - 10 years’ relevant working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferred
