Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for overall day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare finance management systems including forecasts, budgeting. consolidation, investment valuation.
• Analyze financial data for the management in business decisions
• Implement internal control systems
• Participate in ad hoc projects as requested by the management.

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Accounting/Finance with relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years accounting and financial control experience in commercial property and finance service industries.
• Familiar with PRC finance and tax regulations and practices is essential.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (spoken Mandarin is essential)
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle staff at all level.
• Frequent travel to mainland China required
