The Job

• Client: A Listed Logistics / Express Conglomerate
• Position: Senior Manager, Logistics / Warehouse Management
• Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive company’s warehousing /distribution network development and implement strategies to cope with WMS/3Pl business growth.
• Drive WMS/3PL team to achieve best WMS service delivery quality and customer support & ensure smooth operation and business processes in accordance with customers' requirements.
• Develop strategies and execute to increase the usage of renting of warehouse.  
• Plan and control; resources and budget allocation for projects; support and give advice to teams on handling RFI, RFQ, and RFP.
• Evaluate solution proposal & propose pricing to support Business Teams’ sales & BD activities.
• Drive continuous WMS service enhancement & development to maintain competitive edge and market leading position.
• $45-60K, 5 day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in SCM/ Logistics industry, of which at least 3 years in management position.
• Strong leadership and team building skills. 
• Global WMS solutions design, development and implementation experience.  
• Well organized, analytical and detail minded with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
