Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of work experience in account servicing, preferably in Printing / Paper Products industry
• Willing to stay in our Huizhou plant in Guangdong for 1-2 nights per week
• Self-motivated with strong presentation skills, result-oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills, excellent people management and strategic planning abilities with a hands-on attitude
• Excellent communicator, confident and have a flair for negotiation
• Good numeric senses and experience in collaborating with multi-national teams
• Proficiency in writing and ability to communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of account management and strategic planning. Serving an existing portfolio of overseas company accounts
• Oversee the staff development and enhance competitiveness and operations efficiency to drive profitability
• Lead and mentor the sales team in China, providing guidance, support, and motivation to inspire sales teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork
• Implement and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Address and resolve service-related issues promptly to meet product and service standard
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill their needs
