• Provide financial analysis and evaluate business performance for retail branches
• Design and monitor scorecards / KPIs for current year objectives achievement monitoring
• Participate in ad hoc assignment or other projects assigned by management
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Retail Banking, Product Management, and related area
• Familiar with retail banking products and related business
• Subject matter expertise in retail banking business, with a good understanding of the underlying revenue and expenses drivers
• Ability to provide accurate and high quality management information in different dimensions by scrutinizing and analyzing large quantities of data
• Numerically sensitive mindset, with strong computer and database management literacy
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is definite an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Project & Network
