• Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation,
• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
• Supervise technician to carry out daily maintenance work etc.;
• Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• A minimum of 5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company;
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will be an advantage;
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Maintenance Officer.

Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience.
