The Senior Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice and support on all matters related to property leasing, general commercial and investment legal works.

Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice and support on property leasing and investment transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management related to real estate transactions.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation related to property leasing and investment
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to ensure alignment on legal matters.
• Stay updated on changes in commercial laws and regulations and provide training to the team as needed
• Support marketing and procurement activities by reviewing and approving related legal documents.

Profile

• Qualified lawyer of HK with 10+ PQE, inhouse experience is a preferred
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, leasing, investment principles, and commercial law.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
