Responsibilities:

Assist the Assistant Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager in handling daily leasing enquiries, marketing, tenancy negotiation, tenancy administration, co-ordination with property management and other related duties for a portfolio of shopping malls, office towers and retail shops 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years solid working experience in property leasing
• Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Cons.) Ordinance and leasing procedures
• Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and strong business senses
• Holder of valid EAA licence is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Chinese Word-processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
