Our client is well-established property development company in Hong Kong. Currently, we are seeking for Senior Leasing Manager with commercial portfolio background to join the team.

Description

• Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including prospecting, negotiating lease terms, and executing lease agreements. Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates, revenue generation, and tenant satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
• Market Research and Analysis; Conduct negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring optimal lease terms that align with company objectives while maintaining positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on leasing performance to senior management.

Profile

• Degree holders in Real Estate Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Candidate with commercial portfolio is preferred
• Strong in communication, interpersonal skills
• Good command in English, Chinese
