The Job

• Deliver both remote and on-site technical support to external customers
• Provide log support activities to the ticketing system
• Troubleshoot or escalate and liaise with other teams on complicated issues
• Provide technical consultant support to team members
• Escalate and manage vendor to provide 2^nd level support

The Person:

• Diploma or above holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Helpdesk Support, familiar with PC hardware & software, Windows servers, Windows OS, MAC OS and VMware platform
• Good Knowledge in server administration, network infrastructure including router, switch or firewall, Active Directory and security technology, etc.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Team player, take ownership and can work independent
