The Job
- Undertake administrative tasks associated with computer systems and networks technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Role as the “Help-Desk” to resolve the technical issues encountered by users
- Testing and evaluation of new technology and project implementation
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve hardware/ software faults and coordinate with the vendors for hardware/ software maintenance
- Provide 1st and 2nd tier technical support for IT issues during and beyond office hours.
The Requirement
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciences / Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations function
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary information technology
- Demonstrated experience in VMware environment, Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Knowledge in Hotel System and POS support will be an advantage
- Familiar with PC skill, hardware and software support
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Less experience will be considered as IT Officer
