Job Responsibility:

• Engineer team management and help sales team to complete IT projects and tasks assigned
• Lead IT network and system project management (full service of server and network)
• Project planning and design, implementation, quality check and service delivery
• Setup SOP and communicate with different departments
• Project security review (system and network level)
• Maintain technical support service level, incident handling and reporting

Job Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, system and network, hosting or data center support management
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in IT project management
• Well knowledge of IT service monitoring and support
• Well knowledge of System and Network security
• Familiar with network and infrastructure based setting
• Familiar with server platforms (e.g. Linux, Window Server, VMWare base)
• Holder of CISSP, CISA, LPIC, RHCE, CCIE will be advantaged
