We're seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide crucial support within our Technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our IT infrastructure within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading global and regional IT infra projects (MS platform, O365, Sharepoint, network, Avaya, Poly VC etc.)
- Work very closely with the global team
- Identifying areas for improvement within the IT infrastructure
- Implementing new IT systems and processes
- Providing technical support and guidance to other departments
- Ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure
- Monitoring the performance of the IT systems
- Coordinating with external IT vendors

A successful Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst should have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Must have extensive regional or global IT project management experience in prior
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Strong communication skills (excellent in English, Chinese - both Mandarin and Cantonese)
