ASID Studio is ‘growing’ our interior architecture concept design studio in KL – designers will therefore gain invaluable experience within the very specialized industry of International Hospitality Design. All our designers grow professionally to meet the very high standards required within our industry.
Senior Interior Designer (FF&E) (Location Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
Managing the full coordination of drawings from concept through construction documentation with knowledge in technical interior architecture finishes & detailing for hospitality interior.
Integral part of FF&E concept team, developing and coordinating the FF&E/finishes from concept phase to tender documentation. Detail operational knowledge in FF&E and finishes specification.
Able to work independently, be proactive and communicate well with other team members and consultants is a must.
Main characteristic:
Strong personality, passionate about design, ability to provide quick hand sketches, good sense of colour, able to differentiate and develop interior with different styles.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's Degree (minimum) in Interior Design/Architecture.
- A good portfolio of past projects. A minimum 10 years of working experience in the hospitality industry. A good knowledge of furniture design would be an advantage.
- Design skills, planning ability, planning knowledge and hand sketching abilities.
- Skilled in PC usage, including Autodesk CAD, MSOffice, photoshop and associated design software.
- Specialized in technical details & FF&E/finishes specifications.
- Abilities in problem solving, creative and lateral thinking, organization and time management.
- Teamworking, relationship-building and influencing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: MYR7,000.00 - MYR12,000.00 per month
