We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU), where we work with our stakeholders to create sustainable transport solutions for the community, and we care for our staff and provide a great place to work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Inspectors of Works and supervise contractors to complete projects on time and in compliance with the contract requirements
• Carry out site supervision, monitor work quality and progress, construction safety and maintain site record 
• Liaise with relevant parties on site works and conduct necessary testing to ensure all works are in compliance with specifications
• Assist in reviewing design submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness of as-built records
• Carry out Technically Competent Persons (TCP) T3 supervision on site when required

Requirement

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 12 years' relevant experience in heavy civil or infrastructure works
• Experience in ground investigation, site formation, diaphragm wall, pile foundation, deep excavation, railway station civil & structural works, architectural builders works and finishes (ABWF) and tunnel boring machine is an advantage

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
• Required to perform overnight works
