Key Responsibilities:

• Handling full spectrum of compensation & benefits functions including payroll calculation, minimum wage, taxation, MPF and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage HRMS implementation and maintenance
• Manage annual and periodic performance review process and assist in related follow-up actions
• Prepare departmental annual budget and assist in Company budget cycle
• Prepare HR reports and analysis on regular basis for strategic planning, review and decision-making purpose
• Keep abreast of any updates on related ordinance and legislations in order to ensure HR C&B policies are legally complied

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in handling sizeable payroll
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment, Taxation and MPF Ordinance
• Strong sense of responsibility, good time management and team spirit
• Detail minded with strong planning, analytical and organizing skills
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office application
• Computer literate with knowledge in operating HRIS – MRC / Platinum is highly preferable
