• Hong Kong : trading office 30 staff
• Factory : Dongguan 500 staff
• Sales Offices : Europe and the United States.
• Main market : North America and Europe
• We are looking for SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN OFFICER – with details as follows :  

THE JOB :

• Report to the Operation Director
  
• Perform all round HR & admin role of HK office; as well as oversee HR & Admin function of Dongguan factory
• Lead one HR & Admin Officer to perform full HR & admin role of HK office including but not limited to recruitment, C&B .....etc
• Oversee & monitor HR & admin function of Dongguan factory
• Degree holder
• 8+ years experiencec in human resources & office admin
• 2+ years experience in manufacturers with factories in China
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision required
• One trip per week to Dongguan (can same day return Hong Kong)
• Company shuttle bus provided between Dongguan station & Dongguan factory
• 5 days work
