About Our Client (Retail Business Company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the Retail Business Companies,is now looking for a HR Officer/Senior HR Officer to join their Team. The job duties are as follows
- Support full spectrum of Human Resources functions including maintain the attendance and leave record, payroll and taxation administration, compensation & benefits and performance management;
- Assist in general recruitment process;
- Assist in staff relations activities;
- Ad-hoc tasks as required;
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- 2-4 years HR working experience;
- Experience in F&B Field is highly desirable;
- Good command in Cantonese and English;
- Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word; Chinese Word Processing;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment; and
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
