About Our Client (Retail Business Company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the Retail Business Companies,is now looking for a HR Officer/Senior HR Officer to join their Team. The job duties are as follows

• Support full spectrum of Human Resources functions including maintain the attendance and leave record, payroll and taxation administration, compensation & benefits and performance management;
• Assist in general recruitment process;
• Assist in staff relations activities;
• Ad-hoc tasks as required;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 2-4 years HR working experience;
• Experience in F&B Field is highly desirable;
• Good command in Cantonese and English;
• Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word; Chinese Word Processing;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment; and
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
