Responsibilities:

1. To lead a team to provide all C&B related functions: not limited to payroll calculation, leave management and attendance administration, staff benefit etc. in a timely & accurate manner;
2. To act as a consultant to internal HR team on HRIS, translate the requirements to the IT Team and External Vendor on HRIS development, implementation and maintenance and other HR-related systems;
3. Participate in C&B exercises, including but not limited to annual salary review, budgeting, salary survey & benchmarking, group medical and benefits review.
4. To assist in reviewing, establishing and implementing various C&B policies and procedures as well as streamlining the daily operation for operational excellence;
5. Support in sourcing group medical and insurance scheme &
6. To prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review;

Requirement:

1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management;
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, in retail or F&B industry is a must;
3. Solid experience in HRIS implementation is a must;
4. Strong in figures, proactive, detail-minded, independent, well organized with “can-do” attitude;
5. Excellent project management, problem solving and analytical skills;
6. Immediate availability is highly preferred; &
7. Candidate with less experience can be considered as Human Resources Officer;
