Senior HR Officer (C&B and Analytics)

Company Overview

Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, and analyze data for trends and patterns with attention to compensation, personnel cost, turnover, and headcount
Prepare HR reports and ensure the processes, procedures and reporting are complied with the data privacy regulations, internal governance, and in line with the best practices
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase reporting efficiencies
Support various C&B processes, including but not limited to annual salary review, bonus allocation, and personnel cost budgeting and monitoring
Assist in the participation of compensation & benefits surveys to maintain the market competitiveness of our Total Reward strategy
Assist in ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or similar quantitative discipline
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sizable companies
Possess good business acumen, and keenness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Be highly analytical, meticulous and results oriented
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point, exposure in Power BI would be an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Chinese, and tact in building rapport with diverse stakeholders
Experience with HRIS would be an advantage
