Senior HR Officer (C&B and Analytics)

Company Overview
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, and analyze data for trends and patterns with attention to compensation, personnel cost, turnover, and headcount
- Prepare HR reports and ensure the processes, procedures and reporting are complied with the data privacy regulations, internal governance, and in line with the best practices
- Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase reporting efficiencies
- Support various C&B processes, including but not limited to annual salary review, bonus allocation, and personnel cost budgeting and monitoring
- Assist in the participation of compensation & benefits surveys to maintain the market competitiveness of our Total Reward strategy
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or similar quantitative discipline
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sizable companies
- Possess good business acumen, and keenness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Be highly analytical, meticulous and results oriented
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point, exposure in Power BI would be an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese, and tact in building rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS would be an advantage
