This role will be independently looking after daily operations of HR and office operations. In our dynamic environment, he/she will participate actively in employer branding, employee experience, talent acquisition, employee relation and talent management. He/she will support a result driven culture and working with business-oriented people.
What Am I Expected To Do?
- Be responsible for talent acquisition activities from sourcing to offering, building up great employee experiences and employer branding in between;
- Maintain competitive compensation and benefits in the challenging labour market;
- Facilitate Performance Management to ensure challenging goals are achieved with a group young and dynamic employees;
- Support team leaders, advise them on people-related matters in a business-oriented way
- Ensure smooth office operation including HR paper work, admin duties and IT;
- More experienced candidate will be considered as Associate HR Manager.
What Background Would Make Me Successful In This Role?
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management;
- 3 years’ experience of all-rounded HR functions;
- Experiences gaining from service industry, start-ups operation or fast-growing working environment is an added advantage;
- Experiences in managing HR functions in China is a plus.
