Responsibilities:
- Support all-rounded HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff relations and HRIS management in both HK & PRC factories;
- Maintain good communication with departmental representatives to resolve staff issues and formulate solutions;
- Manage and execute full life-cycle of recruitment, explore effective recruitment channels and coordinate job fairs;
- Handle expatriate administration and visa applications;
- Compile and prepare HR-related reports;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline;
- At least 5 years’ all-round relevant experiences gained in sizable company with hands-on experiences in compensation and benefits administration, recruitment & selection and employee relation programs;
- Well versed in HK & PRC Employment Ordinance;
- Strong sense of responsibility and good time management in a fast paced working environment;
- Independent, flexible, with positive and creative thinking;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
