Description

Responsibility

• Fully integrated into the core of business front-end operations to meet financial needs for growth, pinpoint key areas in financial compliance and resource distribution, craft strategies that align with business goals, and spearhead their execution.
• Enhance business decision-making with data-driven insights (e.g., ROI, cost-benefit analyses), provide regular performance updates, suggest improvements for optimization, and monitor the results of implemented actions.
• Work alongside cross-functional R&D teams to orchestrate the structured rollout of intricate financial standards (e.g., multi-scenario settlement frameworks, fund reconciliation processes), guide the creation of middle and back-office financial tools, and ensure alignment with internal and external compliance demands.
• Build connections between financial and operational systems, streamline automated processes, and boost the real-time precision of financial and business data.
• Partner with internal and external fund management and reporting groups to unify financial needs from business units (e.g., cross-border fund movements, multi-entity report integration), driving process efficiency and compliance from start to finish.

Profile

Qualification:

• Educational Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Candidates holding CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications will be given preference.
• Experience: A minimum of seven years of experience in finance is essential, with at least three of those years spent in financial analysis, business finance, or financial project management. Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects that span multiple departments.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools, such as Power BI and SQL, is required. Additional experience in drafting technical requirement documents and collaborating with research and development teams is highly desirable.
