- Owner of over 300 patents, of which over 50 are international patents
- We are looking for SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Mandarin speaking CFO
- Monitor the daily accounting processing and report preparation; review the financial performance of Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries
- Review the financial statements; cost analysis; budgets; financial analysis and provide suggestions
- Tax Return filing, tax planning, and tax risk management
- Assist CFO to complete various audit projects; ensure the group complies with accounting standards and Hong Kong listing rules
- Prepare financial statements, and ensure all financial reports meet the requirements of HK listed rules and regulations, corporate governance, and legal matters;
- Participate in the preparation of annual reports, interim reports, annoucements of listed company
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Lead Finance team of 1-2 subordinates in Hong Kong office
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance related disciplines
- Qualified accountant of HKICPA or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Big4 or second tier CPA firm experience is a big advantage
- Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, Hong Kong listing rules, Hong Kong and China tax regulations
- Ability or experience in preparing financial information for announcements, annual and interim reports of Hong Kong listed companies
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing; familiar with Kingdee is an advantage
- No or very few trips is required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 16 days
