Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy management, monitoring of security, technical, customer services and cleaning services
• Manage the on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients and to meet with the agreed SLA and KPI
• Communicate with various departments at all levels to establish specific business needs
• Implement strategies to enhance the value and utilization of properties
• Develop and review facilities quality standards for continuous improvement of service level to meet client’s objective
• Ensure the required works, standards and financial targets are achieved
• Responsible to attend operational meetings with landlord and tenants

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in facility, engineering, property management or related discipline 
• More than 8 years’ experience in property /facilities management at managerial grade of high-end properties (preferably in managing in Campus/ Grade A commercial Building )
• Knowledge of ISO and experience in drafting and preparing of tenders, budget preparation/control and administration of contracts
• Strong sense of responsibilities, good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Proficiency with computer application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Corporate Member of HKIFM/ RICS/ CIH/ HKIH/ IFMA is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
