Key responsibilities

• Execute the Council’s resolutions and the Association’s policies
• Assist in the management and operation of the Secretariat
• Supervise a team of Executive Officers/ junior colleagues for implementation of projects and provision of secretarial support for committees
• Provide secretarial support for committees and/ or projects and events
• Draft correspondence and documents independently
• Assist in human resources duties including recruitment exercise, review and implement HR policies (for the post of Senior Executive Officer only)

Requirements

• Holder of a recognized degree, major in administration and management or related disciplines an advantage
• High language proficiency in Chinese Language and English Language (Grade C or above in Syllabus B/ Level 2 or above in the HKCEE)
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years of which at supervisory level. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Executive Officer.
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
• Willing to work outside normal office hours and travel occasionally if necessary
