Company Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES
Credit evaluation processing (Retail & Corporate + PC & CV)
- Perform credit application assessments, acquiring good quality deals; with observance to credit rules, policies & lending standards. Also, ensure assessments being done according to defined processes and timeline requirements
- Close co-operation with front-end sales, ensure timely deals decisions & communications to customers & dealers.
- Balancing LTV, approval ratio, TAT and quality mix on credit decision
Ad Hoc Analysis & Report
- Generation & compilation of data for monthly reports submission
- Compiling ad hoc reports for management info. in monitoring of credit risk situations
Credit Evaluation Tools Maintenance, Policies & Process Optimization
- Perform system testing & propose improvement on systems;
- Support department in maintaining and optimizing credit evaluations tools, templates, document list, & process, etc. according to business/ risk management needs and market situation change
- Monitor and review KPIs on daily work quality, propose credit process enhancement / optimization in improving efficiencies
Credit Policies Administration & update
- Support department in credit policies, guidelines & work manual’s administration & update, conduct regular review to ensure they are in line with the latest global company policies and local laws & regulations, to cope with business practices / needs.
Other
- Support in implementation and management of credit related projects.
- Conduct other tasks as required by supervisor to support achievement of the company and team’s business objectives.
- Provide the extension service for special requirement from dealer and customer.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Business Administrations or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in credit function of a Financial Services Company / Bank / Accounting Firm or other related finance industry or function
- Sound knowledge of credit related rules and regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills,
- Attention to detail, responsible and able to work independently
- Able to work well with team members and deliver results
- Agile, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint as well as database
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered
For the successful candidate, we offer a 5-day week in addition to a salary that commensurate with your experience and qualification.
