Senior Executive Assistant (Corporate Services)

Salary: HK$50,045 per month

Duties

(a)     To provide the full spectrum of human resources services, including recruitment, performance management, duty passage, training and staff relations, etc.;

(b)     To assist in implementing electronic human resources management system and workflow automation system;

(c)     To assist in managing and updating records management system, and implement records retention and disposal;

(d)     To act as secretary to selection interview boards and departmental committees;

(e)     To assist in maintaining statistics, databases and consolidating various returns; and

(f)      To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

 

Entry Requirements

(a)     A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;

(b)     A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience in administrative, human resources management or executive work;

(c)     A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

(d)     Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and

(e)     Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c)).

 

Note

(a)     Level 5 or above in Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Use of Chinese (UC) paper of the CRE. Level 5 or above in English Language of the HKDSEE is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Use of English (UE) paper of the CRE.

(b)     Grade C or above in Use of English of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) or in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE. Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the HKALE is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UC paper of the CRE.

(c)     An overall band of 6.5 or above with no subtest score below band 6 obtained in the same sitting in the Academic Module of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) within the two-year validity period of the test is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE. The IELTS test result must be valid on any date during the application period. 

 

Terms of Appointment

Successful applicants will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for normally 24 months. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service need of the department and the performance and conduct of the applicant.

 

Fringe Benefits

(a)

An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will equal 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period; and

(b)

Applicant appointed will be granted 14 days of annual leave. Other benefits, such as rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), maternity/ paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted mainly in line with the provisions of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.

職責

(a)     提供一系列的人力資源服務,例如招聘、工作表現管理、公幹行程、培訓及員工關係等;

(b)     協助推行電子人事資源管理系統及工作流程自動化系統;

(c)     協助管理並更新部門的檔案管理系統,以及執行檔案的保存與銷毀;

(d)     擔任招聘遴選委員會及部門各委員會的秘書;

(e)     協助整理統計和數據庫,並整合及提交各種報告;以及

(f)      執行上級委派的任何其他職務。

 

入職條件

(a)     持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;

(b)     具備最少三年與行政、人力資源管理或管理相關的全職工作經驗;

(c)     具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力;

(d)     精通英文及中文文書處理,以及Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint的應用;以及

(e)     符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c))。

 

(a)               香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。

(b)              香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。

(c)               在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士,在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內,其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS 考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日仍然有效。

 

聘用條款

獲錄取的申請人將按非公務員合約條款聘用,為期 24 個月。續約與否視乎屆時本署的服務需要及申請人的工作表現及品行而定。

 

福利

(a)               受聘人如能圓滿地完成整個合約,並在合約期內一直維持良好的工作表現,可獲發一筆約滿酬金。該筆酬金,加上部門按照《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款,將相等於受聘人在合約期內支取的基本薪金總額的15%;及

(b)              可享有每年14天有薪年假,並享有《僱傭條例》規定而又適用的其他福利,例如休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、產假/侍產假和疾病津貼。
