Senior Estate Officer / Estate Officer

Working Location: Sai Kung
 

Responsibilities:

Property and facility management

All other duties as assigned by the Estate Manager or the Employer

Immediate availability is preferable

Requirements:

Tertiary Education or equivalent

Holder of PMP2 License and Security Personnel Permit

5 years' practical experience or above, in residential property management 

Fluency in English and Cantonese

Knowledge of MS Office

PMP2 license holder with less than 5 years' practical experience will be considered for the post of Estate Officer
