Responsibilies:

• Responsible for leading a team to provide premium property management services for daily operations of our managed building and carpark
• Maintain good relationship with clients / tenants by provision of excellent management services
• Coordinate and monitor staff and contractors’ performance for assurance of works and services quality

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Property Management, Facility Management or other related disciplines
• Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) is an advantage
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in managing prestigious shopping malls and / or Grade A commercial buildings
• Conversant with quality procedures and systems
• Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Estate Officer
