THE COMPANY :
- Japanese listed multinational toys company
- We design, develop, manufacture and market our own brand toys products
- Main products : hard toys & die-casting toys
- Hong Kong : trading office
- Dongguan Changan - engineering office
- Market : Japan & SE Asian market
- We are looking for SENIOR ENGINEER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Asst General Manager
- Work with vendors and US team on the product design to hit the target cost.
- Carry out product development, engineering, and debug to meet product specifications and aesthetic requirements.
- Cost negotiation.
- Provide technical support and debug. Engineering
- Provide support to internal groups on any development or production issues.
- Monitor the schedule and provide on-site support from development start to OBS.
- Provide manufacturing support as needed after Production start.
- Support for production facilities including overseas.
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years in the (Hard / Die-casting Toys) industry.
- Has knowledge in the (Hard / Die-casting Toys) industry standards for different countries.
- Able to work from concept drawing through development until production.
- Communications skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Work based in Dongguan Changan office
- Some trips to Vietnam & Indonesisa
- 5 days work
