Company Overview
Reporting to the Head, Development of M Plus Museum Limited, the candidate will play a key supporting role in developing and managing stakeholder relationship management, focusing on sponsorships, memberships and potential individual major donors.
You will be responsible for:
- working closely with the team to develop and implement cultivation strategies for sponsorships, memberships and major gift solicitation;
- developing sponsorship proposals, membership products or any other relevant materials required, and working with the team and Marketing and Customer Experience team to ensure information correctness and brand alignment;
- supporting the development of the membership programmes and maintaining regular communications with members;
- providing advice to the team when developing events for sponsors, major donors, members or general fundraising; and
- working closely with other internal teams to ensure data of prospects, sponsorship, membership and donation are captured in the system.
You should:
- possess a recognised university degree;
- have at least 4 years of relevant fundraising & sponsorship experience, preferably in art institutions or non-profit making organisations;
- demonstrate knowledge of fundraising / sales and marketing / relationship management / journalism or communications, and be familiar with working in a fundraising or sales environment;
- have outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
- good analytical and problem solving ability, be creative and possess can-do attitude;
- have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, good Mandarin is an advantage; and
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Development Officer.
