Responsibilities

The role is responsible for in-house graphic design and production; providing graphic support to various departments; maintaining brand image and quality WITH THE OBJECTIVE to ensure effective, clear, and consistent communication within and outside the organisation

• Design, touch up images, finalise and produce graphics, layout for communication collaterals
• Coordination and collaboration with internal parties and external vendors  
• Create visual content for events (e.g. industry fairs, exhibitions, sponsorships, conferences, etc.) based on the requirements given
• Provide photography support at company events
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree holder of Graphic / Digital / Multimedia Design or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' experience in graphic and digital design
• Strongly proficient in Mac, AI, Photoshop, InDesign
• Creative and independent from design, concept, final artwork to production
• Knowledge of video production and photography is a plus
• Immediately available is highly preferred
