Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute CRM and loyalty programmes
• Liaise with partners, suppliers and vendors to coordinate and execute CRM initiatives, such as joint promotions and VIP premium sourcing
• Connect and build good relationship with multiple loyalty partners
• Support Account Servicing Team for serving and developing key accounts
• Provide strategy and insights for clients to improve campaign performance and further grow relationship
• Implement on strategic marketing activities for acquisition and retention, such as promotional campaign and marketing communication materials
• Design, implement and execute effective communication with members, including SMS, DM, eDM, digital, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor and above degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years CRM experience, preferably from Digital, Advertising or Media agency industry
• Previous experience in premium sourcing would be an advantageous
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good command in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge of CRM system is preferable
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Positive working attitude with strong analytical and quick problem-solving skills
