We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU), where we work with our stakeholders to create sustainable transport solutions for the community, and we care for our staff and provide a great place to work.

Responsibilities
- Manage the building services works in civil contracts for new railway projects for successful delivery
- Review contractors’ submissions, supervise and monitor site activities
- Collaborate with Civil, ABWF and E&M teams for interface provision
- Liaise with internal and external parties from design, construction, testing and commissioning to completion
- Supervise engineers and Inspectors of Works to carry out daily construction works
- Use common data environment (CDE), BIM, Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), digital construction and integrated project controls as collaborative digital platform through the delivery process for effective project management
- Ensure the project works are completed safely, timely, cost-effectively and in compliance with the corporate as well as statutory requirements and specifications
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, preferably in railway construction projects
- Experience with Civil, ABWF and E&M for project delivery and collabration
- Knowledge of using BIM for spatial coordination and NEC for project management
- Knowledge of CDE and digital construction in delivery
- Strong team-spirit with good stakeholder management, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Open-minded, pro-active, ready to accept and promote innovative work initiatives and partnership
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
