Applications are invited for appointment as Senior Communications Manager in the Development & Alumni Affairs Office (DAAO), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Development & Alumni Affairs Office is responsible for the advancement of the University, particularly in the portfolios of networking and fundraising (www.daao.hku.hk). We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Communications Manager to help tell the compelling stories of the University community.
The appointee will assist the Director of DAAO in developing our message, growing our audience and engaging with internal and external stakeholders. He/She will focus on promoting and branding the University advancement initiatives and is also responsible for online contents and publications.
Applicants should possess a recognized degree and at least 8 years of proven work experience in communications or journalism, content marketing, conventional and social media.
Native-level spoken and written English, and Chinese language abilities will be an advantage.
